Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a creative agency environment (or similar)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong time management, follow-up, and meticulous attention to detail with minimal direction
  • Excellent data skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization
  • Experience using data to tell stories with Keynote and Google Slides, and strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with Team Design to assign projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately within the resource management system
  • Produce and manage weekly reports on timesheets and productivity, and clearly communicate policies and procedures related to Team Design and reporting
  • Understand utilization trends and forecasts, analyze data, and maintain information about current and potential future projects; support the team and department with special projects
  • Support the Team Design team by coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality where required

Job description.

Huge is looking for an Associate Team Designer to join the Team Design team. They have strong organizational skills, are decisive within the scope of the position's responsibilities, and use consistent discretion and good judgment. Our associates work with the Team Design Team to assign projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately within the resource management system. They’re responsible for a variety of weekly reports on timesheets and productivity and clearly communicating policies and procedures as they relate to Team Design and reporting.

Associate Team Designers understand utilization trends and forecasts and help the Team Design Team analyze this data. They maintain and provide information about current projects and potential future projects as well as support the team and department with any special projects that come up.

This role reports to a senior member of the Team Design team.

What we’d like to see.

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a creative agency environment, or other similar role.

  • Someone who can take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This means excellent time management skills, strong follow-up and an attention to detail, all with minimal direction.

  • Excellent data skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets, Data Visualization and Excel.

  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail in an almost annoying capacity

  • Strategic, forward thinking planning and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience using data to tell stories, specifically with Keynote and Google Slides.

  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented matrix environment, with excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • A genuine love for working with people and finding creative solutions to complex problems. You hold yourself to high standards when it comes to being a good team player and you understand when to lead and when to follow.

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
