Requirements:

  • Social Media Strategy Management: Develop and manage social media calendars, plan content for brand awareness and promotions, publish across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and analyze engagement to optimize ROI
  • Email Marketing Automation: Create and manage HubSpot email campaigns, implement onboarding and re-engagement automations, and segment audiences by brand and region to optimize metrics
  • Graphic Design and Creative Production: Design assets for social media, websites, emails, ads, and print; enhance photography and generate AI imagery aligned with brand messaging; create reusable templates
  • Apparel Print Production Support: Prepare production-ready artwork for apparel and promotional items, create mock-ups, and liaise with production teams to ensure quality and accuracy

Job description

Position: DIGITAL GROWTH AND E-COMMERCE DESIGNER

Salary range: up to $2,800 NZD ≈ ₱97,000 – ₱98,000 PHP (with the final offer subject to the client’s discretion based on the candidate’s experience)

Working Hours: NZ business hours

Work set-up: 100% Remote work

Holidays: New Zealand Holidays

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and manage social media calendars for all brands using Metricool.
  • Plan content for brand awareness, consideration messaging, storytelling campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Publish across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with conversion-focused copy.
  • Analyse engagement metrics and optimise content strategies to maximise ROI.

2. Email Marketing & Automation

  • Create and manage email campaigns across multiple brands using HubSpot.
  • Build automation for onboarding, abandoned cart recovery, product launches, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Segment audiences by brand, region (NZ/AU), behaviour, and purchase history.
  • Optimise open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue per subscriber.

3. Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design visual assets for social media, websites, emails, paid advertising, and print collateral using Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Enhance photography and generate AI imagery aligned with brand messaging.
  • Produce short promotional videos and reusable templates for consistent branding.

4. Apparel & Print Production Support

  • Prepare production-ready artwork for apparel and promotional items (DTF, heat press, embroidery, screen/UV printing).
  • Create mock-ups for approvals and refine artwork for sizing, colour, and placement accuracy.
  • Liaise with production teams to ensure high-quality outputs and minimise errors.

5. Website & Ecommerce Management (WordPress/WooCommerce)

  • Maintain and optimise ecommerce sites, product listings, landing pages, and blog content.
  • Improve user experience, navigation, and conversion rates through A/B testing.
  • Monitor seasonal campaigns and performance across multiple markets.

6. AI Utilisation & Content Development

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research, copywriting, ideation, and prompt generation.
  • Produce SEO/AEO optimised blogs, FAQs, and structured content tailored to target audiences.
  • Maintain internal AI prompt frameworks for efficiency and consistency.

7. SEO & AEO Optimisation

  • Conduct keyword research by brand, market, and product niche.
  • Optimise meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, structured data, and FAQ schema.
  • Increase search visibility, featured snippets, voice-search traffic, and domain authority.

8. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CAC.
  • Track revenue attribution by channel and maintain spend within approved budgets.

9. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Report monthly on traffic growth, conversions, paid revenue, CAC, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Social media engagement, follower growth, and conversion ratios.
  • Email list growth, improved open/click rates, and campaign revenue.
  • Website traffic growth, conversion improvements, and reduced bounce rates.
  • Revenue attribution by channel, CAC reduction, and ROAS achievement.
  • SEO/AEO ranking improvements and featured snippet growth.
  • Increased repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
