Roles & Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and IT consulting
  • Familiarity with Data Security Posture Management, Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, and/or Cloud Security concepts
  • Proficiency in Windows Server environments (IIS, MS SQL) and basic Linux knowledge; scripting experience (Python, Lua)
  • Strong communication skills with English proficiency; Spanish language skills desirable

Requirements:

  • Deploy and implement Data Protection products (data loss protection, data classification, cloud data protection, secure collaboration) in large enterprise environments and perform knowledge transfer with customers
  • Collect infrastructure requirements from customers and create implementation and production deployment procedures to interoperate within the customer's site
  • Provide remote technical support during onboarding engagements, including solution design, testing, pilot/evaluation, and production phases to ensure successful deployment
  • Scope engagements by assessing client operations and requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns, manage escalations, and support revenue objectives

• Work as a Professional Services Consultant to deploy and implement the company Data Protection products (data loss protection, data classification, cloud data protection. Secure collaboration) in large enterprise environments. Perform knowledge transfer with our customers.

• Collect infrastructure technical requirements from a prospect/customer and create implementation and production deployment procedures for Data Protection products to interoperate and work within prospect/customer’s site.

• Provide remote technical support to customers during the product onboarding engagements includes solutions design, testing, evaluation/pilot and production phases to ensure a successful deployment.

• Responsible for supporting the company Professional Services revenue objectives.

The Candidate

Your day-to-day:

• Thoroughly scope engagements through assessing the client’s operations and business processes, gathering key business and functional requirements, and making recommendations to optimize the company Data Protection product implementation.

• Provide data security solutions that allow clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage their most protected data, and people.

• Work with the broader Professional Services, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations.

What You Bring To The Team

• 4+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role

• 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.

• Familiarity with Data Security Posture Management, Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, and/or Cloud Security concepts.

•Proficiency in Windows Server environment; experience with web infrastructure components like IIS and MS SQL.

• Basic understanding of Linux infrastructure.

• Exposure to scripting languages (Python, Lua, etc.)

• Exposure to Data Classification and DLP solutions is desirable.

• Clear and effective communication/presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities with an eye for detail.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the confidence to engage with various customer teams including IT. InfoSec, Support and Business Functional teams

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion.

• English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication is required. Technical Spanish speaking skills are desirable.

• Work closely with your corresponding PMO organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction continues to rank high.

• Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Preferred Requirements (but not required):

• CISSP certification.

• Knowledge of various security standards and methodologies like ISO27001, FIPS200, COBIT and ITIL.

• Knowledge of storage devices & technologies like RAID, SAN and archive & restore.

• Knowledge of software deployment tools like SMS, Altiris, LANDesk.

• Experience with virtualization technology.
