Conduct technology assessments and market scans for decarbonization solutions
Project Execution
Design and structure innovation projects with clear milestones, metrics, and governance
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, procurement, sustainability)
Develop project plans, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
Oversee execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with targeted emissions reductions
Create transition documentation for continuity
