  • Ability to prepare contract amendments and track activation progress.

Requirements:

  • Review client contracts for the Psychiatric Hospital and activate them on each agreement (local and GPO).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, including the prime distributor, to validate the activation of the Psychiatric Hospital.
  • Maintain a tracking document of activated contracts and identify barriers; work with clients and suppliers to resolve.
  • Prepare contract amendments required to activate contracts accessed by the Psychiatric Hospital; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution.

Role: Remote
Work days : 4 day/ week ( Mon- Thu)

Job description:
  • Contract Management: Review Client contracts that will be accessed by the Client's Psychiatric Hospital.
  • Ensure that the new Psychiatric Hospital is activated on each agreement. Both local Client agreements and GPO agreements.
  • Communicate with any supplier as needed to validate that the Psychiatric Hospital has been activated, including the prime distributor that will be servicing the Hospital.
  • Maintain a tracking document for all contracts that have been activated. Note any issues that could be a barrier to final activation. Work with Client and the supplier to resolve.
  • Prepare any Contract Amendments required to activate any contract that will be accessed by the Psychiatric Hospital.
  • Collaborative Client Stakeholders including procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and support and addressing any contract-related issues or concerns.
  • Hospital experience is a MUST
