Project: Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) Stand-Up
Duration: 1-year contract with potential extension
Work Location: Primarily virtual
Engagement Model: Outcome-based advisory services (non-configuration heavy)
Hours: Standard business hours (8:30 am–5:30 pm)
Preferred:Application Architect, System Architect, Experience Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud
Role Overview The Senior Solution Architect will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with ITS' enterprise guardrails and COE standards.
This role supports architecture review, intake design, solution-fit evaluation, and enterprise standardization.
