ServiceNow Architect
3 months Contract | India, Remote
Scope of Responsibilities:
Define end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture aligned to enterprise standards and target-state roadmaps.
Design scalable solution patterns across modules, data model, workflows, and user experience for large user bases and high transaction volumes.
Ensure architecture supports maintainability, extensibility, and secure-by-design principles.
Partner with Enterprise Architects and senior stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with broader enterprise architecture, application portfolio, and technology strategy.
Establish reference architectures, design standards, and reusable patterns.
Define and enforce platform governance
Lead architectural reviews and provide sign-off on designs and major changes.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated success designing scalable, large-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Proven expertise in: Enterprise architecture, Platform governance, Integrations, Performance optimization
Strong ability to translate business needs into architecture and actionable technical designs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
Experience with multi-instance or multi-domain enterprise implementations.
Exposure to enterprise security, risk, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
Experience defining platform operating models (CoE), standards, and delivery frameworks.
