3-5 years of relevant BIM modeling experience in telecom, infrastructure, MEP, or construction industries; on-site construction experience a plus
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Bentley OpenBuildings, Tekla, or ArchiCAD; Dynamo or scripting for workflow automation desirable
Ability to read and understand multi-discipline drawings (architectural, structural, civil, MEP) and coordinate across trades within a BIM environment
Proficient with clash detection and coordination tools including Navisworks and/or BIM 360; familiarity with Solibri or similar platforms; working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

Apply industry-related BIM standards, execution plans, naming conventions, and data exchange protocols for telecom and/or infrastructure projects

Prepare shop drawings, as-built models, and construction documentation; adhere to company BIM standards, templates, and file management guidelines throughout project lifecycle
Education/Experience/Skills:
Certificate/Degree from college or technical school in BIM, CAD, Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field is preferred
