Epic MyChart/Hello World Analyst

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart / Hello World Analyst to join our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert and primary technical contact for Epic Ambulatory, MyChart, and Hello World applications. This role leads critical projects, break/fix escalations, and system enhancement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in Ambulatory and MyChart
  

• Hello World experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  

• 3–4 years of experience in healthcare IT with at least 2 years supporting Epic systems.
  

• Strong understanding of clinical information systems, workflows, and data management.
  

• Demonstrated ability to support information systems implementation and support in a large-scale healthcare setting.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in multiple applications.
  

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
  

• 5–7 years of Epic Ambulatory/MyChart experience.
  

• Master’s degree in IT, Health Informatics, or related field.
  

• Experience leading EHR configuration or optimization projects.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior staff and executive leadership.
