Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a skilled .NET / Vue.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable backend services using .NET technologies and developing responsive front-end interfaces using Vue.js. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Vue.js.
Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end components using Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate front-end applications with backend services and databases.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best development practices.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications in production environments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in software development using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework).
2+ years of experience working with Vue.js or modern JavaScript frameworks.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
