This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on Ping Identity products and IAM concepts.
  

• Explain authentication, authorization, and identity federation concepts.
  

• Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-time use cases.
  

• Prepare training materials, presentations, and lab exercises.
  

• Support participants during practical sessions and answer technical queries.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory
  

• Knowledge of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, Federation, OAuth, SAML)
  

• Experience in corporate or professional training delivery
  

• Good communication and presentation skills
