As stewards of ABC’s culture, the Culture Leadership Office oversees global internal communications, employee engagement, leadership development, and community programs. Our team is responsible for activating ABC’s Values and fostering meaningful connections across our distributed workforce. 

AS A CULTURE TEAM INTERN, YOU WILL:  

• Partner with the Culture Leadership team to support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and Diversity, Equity, Belonging, and Inclusion (DEBI) programs. 

• Support efforts to engage, challenge, and inspire our distributed and remote team members across the globe. 

• Participate in the broader company-wide Intern Program, collaborating with interns across functions on events and cross-functional projects. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:  

• A passion for people and the desire to cultivate meaningful connections 

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Anthropology, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in storytelling and engagement. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. 

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.  

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking initiative on assigned tasks. 

• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and approaches.
