We are currently searching for a Senior IT PM – Supply Chain & Operations:
Responsibilities:
- Manage 3–4 concurrent initiatives within the Supply Chain and Operations portfolios, maintaining high delivery velocity and quality.
- Drive proactive risk mitigation and rigorous change control for complex operations delivery.
- Lead implementations and optimizations of specialized systems (Softeon WMS, Oracle, GAINS, Descartes, OTM, aSa, or Axonify).
- Manage hybrid delivery models, coordinating both onshore and offshore contract development resources.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable workstreams with a high degree of autonomy.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and lead governance and stakeholder priority management across complex workstreams.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Supply Chain/Operations IT project delivery.
- Direct experience with WMS, ERP, or Logistics platforms (e.g., Softeon, Oracle, OTM, GAINS).
- Strong mastery of PMI-based competency areas and SDLC; experience with iterative/Agile delivery is preferred.
- Expert-level vendor and complex relationship management involving senior leadership.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Desired:
- Experience with Axonify or aSa platforms.
- Experience managing offshore development teams.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
