We are currently searching for a Senior IT PM – Mergers & Acquisition Integration (ERP):
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end ERP conversions and integrations resulting from M&A activities.
- Oversee multiple simultaneous ERP integrations (2–3 at a time), ensuring high delivery standards across all workstreams.
- Direct data extraction and load planning/execution, including managing mock loads and production cutovers.
- Ensure go-live readiness by managing rigorous cutover schedules and post-integration stability.
- Guide functional teams through complex project tasks, ensuring strictly defined timelines are met.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues inherent in high-pressure M&A environments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 full-lifecycle ERP integrations completed from start to finish.
- Proven expertise in Data Conversion (extraction, transformation, and loading/ETL coordination).
- Strong background in Cutover Management and Go-Live Readiness protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex integrations simultaneously.
- Advanced skills in Issue and Risk Management within a technical IT framework.
Desired:
- Experience with cross-functional M&A playbooks.
- Familiarity with large-scale ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
