  • Collaborate on projects with contracting team members and internal stakeholders; assist with deliverables and documentation
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Internship Project Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated intern to support the commercial contracting and operations team.  An ideal candidate would be hardworking, curious, and insights driven.

Ability to complete the entire 13 -week program (from May 18, 2026 to August 14, 2026) and commit to 40 hours per week. This internship is a remote opportunity and will require your ability to drive to our Melville, NY office, for team meetings and as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Contracts and Sales Operations team
  • Assist with contract reviews and administration
  • Maintain Sales and contract data, while helping improve internal processes
  • Organize and track commercial agreements
  • Support sales reporting and various analytics
  • Assist with pricing and order workflows
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvements across sales and contracting operations
  • Partner with contracting team members on projects and assist with deliverables
  • Collaborate in meetings with the immediate team and other internal stakeholders
  • Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.

Education Requirements and Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, business management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Organized and able to take on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability and willingness to learn processes and business rules to ensure compliance.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively.
  • Work and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Must be detail oriented.

 

Expected Hourly Rate:

$20.00 - $23.00

The hourly rate displayed is the minimum and maximum hourly rate of compensation for the role that the employer in good faith believes to be accurate at the time of the posting of an advertisement for the role.
