  • Define KPIs, oversee testing (including UAT), drive continuous improvements for usability and customer satisfaction, and troubleshoot platform issues in coordination with IT

Job Overview

The Digital AEM Analyst is responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, including Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM). This role ensures strong platform performance, effective digital asset governance, and the delivery of exceptional digital experiences.

Working cross-functionally with Product Managers, content creators, marketers, developers, UX teams, and other stakeholders, the analyst drives workflow optimization, tool integration, and platform efficiency. The role also supports Product Owners in guiding digital products from ideation through commercialization, advocating for customer needs and contributing to product strategy and roadmap execution.

English proficiency is required for this position, as English will be the primary working and communication language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers to define clear, actionable requirements that enable the launch of innovative digital customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate, develop, and deploy digital initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to translate concepts into structured IT requirements aligned with product roadmaps.
  • Convert customer insights and market intelligence into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
  • Configure and manage AEM functionalities, including workflows, metadata schemas, templates, components, and asset migration strategies.
  • Maintain and optimize AEM Sites and DAM, ensuring adherence to metadata standards, taxonomy, and governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and UX teams to streamline publishing workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Support integrations with Adobe tools such as Analytics, Target, and Workfront.
  • Define KPIs, oversee testing activities, develop UAT scenarios, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and partner with technical teams to minimize disruptions across AEM Sites and DAM.
  • Manage and prioritize backlog items in coordination with IT teams, aligning with release schedules and team capacity.
  • Support AEM service pack upgrades and ongoing platform maintenance in collaboration with IT support teams.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users to encourage platform adoption and best practices.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, developers, and platform owners throughout the release lifecycle.
  • Document business and functional requirements through user stories, use cases, and clearly defined acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Product Management, or Analytics, including project/program management.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and DAM), including workflows, metadata standards, and taxonomy governance.
  • Experience with AEM customization (templates, components, workflows) and familiarity with front-end/back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java preferred).
  • Experience integrating Adobe products such as Analytics and Target.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and release management processes.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot platform issues and drive resolution across technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting training and change management initiatives.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
