We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a premier business and leadership coach. You will play a critical role in lead generation, content organization, and high-level administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Organize and structure LMS content into comprehensive leadership courses.
  • Design professional presentations, workbooks, and cheat sheets using Canva.
  • Manage LinkedIn social media presence, including scheduling, engagement, and graphic design.
  • Perform video editing for social media content and manage executive email and scheduling.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives with extreme accuracy.
