Job description

We’re looking for a technically strong Clay Specialist to build and operate the outbound data infrastructure for a B2B SaaS company serving the restaurant and hospitality industry.

This role is execution focused. The marketing team already knows the target accounts, messaging, and campaigns they want to run. What they need is someone who can move quickly inside Clay, source contacts at scale, enrich and validate data, and push campaigns live across outbound platforms.

The Total Addressable Market is niche and well defined. The challenge is building complete contact coverage across target accounts and enabling scalable outbound campaigns across multiple personas including marketing, HR, operations, finance, and executive leadership.

You will be responsible for building Clay tables, enriching data through multiple providers, managing lead scoring workflows, and pushing clean contact lists directly into email and LinkedIn outreach systems.

If you enjoy building Clay waterfalls, writing AI scraping prompts, and shipping outbound campaigns quickly instead of overengineering workflows, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Work On

Clay Table Architecture

  • Build and maintain complex Clay tables used to power outbound prospecting workflows
  • Create enrichment waterfalls combining multiple data providers
  • Write formulas and logic to filter, normalize, and structure lead data
  • Maintain scalable data workflows that support repeatable outbound campaigns

Data Enrichment and AI Scraping

  • Use Claygent and AI prompts to scrape web and LinkedIn data
  • Verify contact information, employment status, and role relevance
  • Enrich contacts using providers such as Apollo, RocketReach, or ZoomInfo
  • Build structured datasets that can be directly used for outbound campaigns

Lead Scoring and Targeting

  • Maintain and refine account level scoring models based on Fit, Intent, Engagement, and Recency
  • Support segmentation across multiple personas within target restaurant brands
  • Ensure complete coverage across the defined Total Addressable Market

Outbound Campaign Setup

  • Push enriched contact lists directly into outbound sending platforms
  • Configure and manage campaigns in Smartlead for cold email outreach
  • Set up LinkedIn automation workflows in HeyReach including connection requests and messaging sequences
  • Map campaign variables and ensure outreach data is properly structured

CRM Integration and Data Hygiene

  • Integrate Clay workflows with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Pull CRM reports to suppress existing customers and open opportunities
  • Prevent duplicate outreach and maintain consistent data integrity
  • Ensure outbound campaigns respect recent activity windows and suppression rules

Execution and Troubleshooting

  • Build and deploy targeted contact lists quickly and efficiently
  • Map variables and structure outputs for outbound platforms and AI workflows
  • Troubleshoot broken enrichment workflows or data integrations
  • Improve workflows when data quality or AI prompts produce poor results

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience working with outbound automation, RevOps, or GTM operations
  • Expert level experience using Clay for enrichment, scraping, and workflow automation
  • Strong experience building Clay waterfalls and enrichment pipelines
  • Experience sourcing B2B contacts across defined target account lists
  • Experience setting up outbound campaigns in Smartlead
  • Experience running LinkedIn automation campaigns using HeyReach
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM workflows
  • Strong attention to data hygiene and suppression logic
  • Ability to execute quickly and turn strategic direction into working technical workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with restaurant chains or hospitality technology
  • Familiarity with API integrations for enrichment tools
  • Experience writing AI prompts for web scraping workflows
  • Experience supporting sales teams with outbound pipeline generation
