Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand needs, priorities, and talent requirements to bring top performing talent to each role
Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting strategy, including creating job descriptions, recruiting plans, evaluating and screening candidates, and presenting endorsed candidates
Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, and job boards to build a network of potential candidates
Organize and conduct online interviews

Support Talent Acquisition Manager with daily operations and take care of hiring-related documentation
