  • Willingness to work remotely/hybrid from Germany, France, or the UK and cover EMEA accounts.
  • Preferred knowledge of automotive electronics, embedded ECUs, on-board networks, or related automotive technologies.

Requirements:

  • Identify potential clients, prospect, conduct sales meetings, negotiate/close opportunities and maintain a CRM database.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work toward achieving specific sales quotas and goals in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management and sales teams; perform market analysis and prepare performance reports for management.

Technica Engineering GmbH is a manufacturing electronics company in the field of vehicle development.
We develop and produce our own software and electronic products, as well as providing consulting services to our customers for new development and test projects. Our technical specialization in the field of automotive Ethernet and ECU development enables us to offer technical solutions on topics such as embedded ECUs, on-board networks, ADAS, security, body function, comfort function, gateway and many more.

We are currently offering you a position as a
Sales Manager EMEA (m/f/d)

in permanent employment

As a Sales Manager EMEA - Products, you will lead our efforts to connect with and serve our customers in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region, playing a pivotal role in building relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the region. Within the Products Business Unit you will represent a wide range of off-the-shelf Products, like Media Converter, Switche, Capture Modules and Software tools, as well as customized HiL and Fleetcar Solutions.
You will be assigned to a list of named Accounts in EMEA and all remaining accounts in specific countries in the EMEA region. We are looking for candidates based either in Germany, France or in the UK. Based on your location, you will work from home in one of our Technica Offices in EMEA (KPIT locations can be considered as well) or hybrid.

Your tasks:

  • Customer Acquisition & Management: Identify potential clients, prospect, conduct sales meetings, negotiate/close Opportunities and maintain a CRM database.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Sales Targets: Working towards achieving specific, individual sales quotas and goals.

  • Account Support: Providing post-sales support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis: Assist with market research to identify trends, competitors, and new product opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Working with marketing, product management, and sales teams to align sales and product strategies.

  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports for the EMEA sales management and monitor performance metrics.
