  • Troubleshoot technical issues across end-user devices and provide timely support
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and teams, communicating clearly in English
  • Handle support tickets and backlog management in a corporate environment

  • Experience working with support ticketing systems and managing backlogs.
  • Experience with cloud-based device management platforms.
  • Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with customer communication and end-user interaction.
