Job Requirements:

• Assist in managing the online store, including product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates on product availability, pricing, and stock levels Monitor and report on website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools. 
• Support digital marketing campaigns by preparing content, coordinating email marketing, and updating social media channels.
• Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries related to online orders, product information, and delivery details.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting website issues, including broken links, incorrect product information, and user experience feedback.
• Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and product presentation across all digital channels.

Core responsibilities:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an e-Commerce or similar role. 
• Strong understanding of e-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with Google Analytics Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles.
• Experience using product and content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to show initiative and make recommendations based on past experience preferred.
