Title: IT Technologist 
Duration: 18 months Contract
Location: Remote 

Title: Technology Systems Engineer

Position Summary
Deliver and maintain Client systems so business operations run optimally. This role builds foundational skills required to serve in Systems Engineer, Technology Integrator, and Architect roles while supporting design, development, integration, and operational excellence across enterprise systems.

Position Responsibilities
• Deliver and maintain Client systems to ensure optimal business operations.
• Build foundational capabilities aligned with Systems Engineer, Technology Integrator, and Architect career paths.
• Support and/or contribute to the design, development, and delivery of end user training and/or procedures.
• Ensure technology work adheres to company and regulatory policies.
• Ensure technology standard methodologies incorporate feedback and monitoring to improve the state of control of delivered solutions.
• Utilize standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construction, and testing activities.
• Modify existing systems or integrate packaged systems with existing infrastructure to meet business requirements.
• May perform database administration activities as needed.
• Mentor others in the Technologist role.
• Resolve incidents (Trouble Tickets) and change requests (CRs) within committed service levels.
• Collect relevant information required to resolve incidents raised by business partners or system users.
• Solve problems using sound judgment and structured decision-making.
• Ensure Client information assets are protected from malicious content and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
