Requirements:

  • Enablement Support: Assist the Studio team in deploying our brand across the company. You will help organize resources and documentation that empower teams to adopt and implement the brand.
  • Communication Triage: Monitor brand Slack channels and alias folders; field initial questions, provide standard brand assets, and escalate complex ad hoc asks to Brand Managers when necessary.
  • Internal Platform Maintenance: Help manage and update communications and resources on our internal communication channels to ensure all teams have the latest updates from the Brand and Studio team.
  • Consistency Check: Act as a first line of review for smaller projects to ensure they align with our creative vision, helping to broaden brand consistency across more touchpoints.

Job description


Our client is looking for a Brand Coordinator to join our team during an exciting period of brand evolution. This role will provide the "connective tissue" needed to ensure brand consistency across internal teams. This is a highly collaborative role focused on assisting with the daily operations, communications, and asset management that keep our brand moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enablement Support: Assist the Studio team in deploying our brand across the company. You will help organize resources and documentation that empower teams to adopt and implement the brand.
  • Communication & Triage: Monitor brand Slack channels and alias folders. You’ll field initial questions, provide standard brand assets, and escalate complex "ad hoc" asks to the Brand Managers when necessary.
