Job Title: Remote Temporary Implementation Specialist (8-12 Weeks)
Location: Remote
Duration: 8-12 Weeks (Temporary Contract)
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced PEO Implementation Specialist for a 6–8 week temporary engagement to support a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) implementation project. This role will focus heavily on system setup, configuration, data migration, and process alignment within the PrismHR platform.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HRIS implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support implementation activities within the PrismHR system
  • Configure system modules including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and time & labor
  • Coordinate data collection, validation, and migration
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure smooth implementation
  • Develop and maintain implementation timelines and documentation
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshoot configuration issues
  • Provide end-user training and implementation support
  • Ensure compliance with applicable payroll and HR regulations

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience implementing PEO systems
  • Direct, hands-on implementation experience with PrismHR (required)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using Gmail and related collaboration tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a PEO environment
  • Payroll and benefits administration knowledge
  • Experience working in fast-paced or multi-client environments
