Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Biology, Health Sciences, or related field
Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner highly preferred
Nutritionist, dietitian, or other functional wellness provider preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer communications with a strong understanding of genetic data interpretation and personalized wellness
Requirements:
Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers via video calls or phone to explain their genetic reports and translate complex genetic concepts into easy-to-understand language.
Provide actionable lifestyle recommendations based on genetic findings (nutrition, fitness, supplements) and tailor guidance to individual customers.
Address customer questions, concerns, or uncertainties about their genetic data; create and maintain personalized customer notes and follow-up plans; collaborate with the support team to resolve inquiries.
Review customer reports to identify key insights and relevant wellness optimizations; stay up-to-date on evolving product offerings to integrate new services into consultations.
Job description
This is a remote position.
This role is permanent home-based and night shift with working hours from 12:00am to 9:00am Manila Time.
Customer Consultations
Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers via video calls or phone to explain their genetic reports.
Translate complex genetic concepts into easy-to-understand language tailored to individual customers.
Provide actionable lifestyle suggestions based on genetic findings (e.g., nutrition, fitness, supplements).
Customer Support & Follow-up:
Address customer questions, concerns, or uncertainties about their genetic data.
Create and maintain personalized customer notes and follow-up plans as needed.
Collaborate with the support team to resolve any service-related inquiries.
Report Review & Preparation:
Review customer reports to identify key insights and relevant wellness optimizations.
Stay up-to-date on the Company's evolving product offerings to integrate new services into consultations.
Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Genetics, Biology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner highly preferred.

Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer communications.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex genetic information.
