Your role in our mission
Prosper is building a world-class client service organization within its Capital Markets team. We’re looking for a talented, experienced analyst to support primary day-to-day account management for institutional investor relationships. This individual will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, business acumen, problem solving and organizational skills to deliver real-time solutions that satisfy client needs. The individual will report to the Director of Capital Markets, with the opportunity to grow into a direct ownership role over some of Prosper’s largest institutional investor accounts.
How you’ll make an impact Provide ongoing relationship management and support day-to-day responsibilities for existing institutional investor accounts.Interface directly with investors, lenders and other third-party stakeholders to come up with best-in-class solutions that satisfy client needs.Support content and due diligence processes associated with Capital Markets transactions, such as securitizations, warehouse facilities and onboarding prospective loan buyers.Work cross-functionally with Prosper's internal stakeholders to develop technical and operational solutions.Query and use data in Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Excel to perform analysis.Assist with monthly investor reporting responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.Skills that will help you thriveBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field2+ years of experience in a client-oriented role at a fintech or financial services companyStrong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially ExcelProven ability and desire to provide exceptional client serviceStrong written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to learn new skills and embrace a team-first cultureGoal oriented, self-motivated and results drivenBasic knowledge of SQL is a plusWhat we offerThe opportunity to collaborate with a team of creative, fun, and driven colleagues on products that have an immediate and significant impact on people's livesThe opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with experienced industry leadersFlexible time off, comprehensive health coverage, competitive salary, paid parental leave, and other wellness benefitsA bevy of other perks including Udemy access, childcare assistance, pet insurance discounts, legal assistance, and additional discounts through PerkspotThe ability to work remotely in the United States
