  • Lead doer-seller business development and project management efforts for federal agency programs within a matrix organization.
  • Develop and deliver Installation Development Plans, Vision Plans, Area Development Plans, Site Planning, and Design Guidelines.
  • Conduct Facility Condition Assessments, Facility Utilization Studies, and Infrastructure Assessments (BUILDER/PAVER/ROOFER).
  • Prepare Programming/DD1391s, Project Definition Reports, Requirements Analyses, Economic Analyses, Analysis of Alternatives, and Strategic/Stationing Plans.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Master Planning Senior Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work within a matrix organization to develop deliverables for nearly all federal agencies under a variety of contracts.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • DoD Security Clearance
  • Familiarity with navigating Synchronized Pre-deployment Operational Tracker (SPOT)

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
