Major in IT, computer science, information systems, electrical/electronic engineering, chemistry/analytical fields, or equivalent experience.
Understanding of Windows Server, basic network topology, and user permissions/security settings.
Clear customer communication skills (and practical English for collaboration with overseas engineers).
Problem-solving oriented with a proactive, self-driven work style.

Requirements:

Install, configure, and upgrade OpenLab CDS 2 / ECM / ECM XT software; perform installation qualification, validate functionality, document results; support additional configurations (API client, security settings, Scheduler) as needed; provide basic usage guidance and optimize the operating environment.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for operation stability; troubleshoot errors and performance issues; review logs, permissions, network, and security settings; suggest preventive improvements and configuration enhancements.
Communicate with customers to convey progress, resolutions, and risks; review installation/upgrade outcomes; perform handover; provide product usage materials such as manuals and online help.
Document installation/support activities and results; escalate complex issues to internal experts or senior engineers; ensure site access compliance and customer verification using checklists and security procedures.

Installation & Qualification

OpenLab CDS 2 / ECM / ECM XT 소프트웨어 설치, 구성, 업그레이드 수행
설치 후 기능 검증 및 문서화
필요 시 API Client·보안 설정·Scheduler 등 추가 구성 지원
설치 완료 후 기본 사용 안내 및 운영 환경 최적화 지원

Operation Stability & Troubleshooting

현장/원격 기술 지원 및 오류·성능 문제 해결
로그, 권한, 네트워크, 보안 설정 등 환경 점검
예방 점검을 통한 재발 방지 및 구성 개선 제안
이슈 우선순위 기반의 고객 대응 및 커뮤니케이션

Customer Communication & Handover

작업 진행 상황, 해결 내용, 위험 요소 등을 명확히 전달
설치·업그레이드 완료 후 결과 리뷰 및 인수인계
매뉴얼·온라인 도움말 등 제품 활용 자료 안내

Documentation & Escalation

설치/지원 작업 문서화 및 결과보고서 작성
복잡한 이슈는 내부 전문가 또는 상위 엔지니어로 에스컬레이션

Site Access & Compliance

고객사 보안/안전 기준에 따른 현장 출입 절차 준수
체크리스트 기반 설치 완료 검증 및 고객 확인 절차 수행

Qualifications

🔹 Qualifications

Required

IT, 컴퓨터공학, 전산, 전기·전자, 화학·분석 관련 전공 또는 동등 경험
Windows Server, 네트워크 기본 구조, 사용자 권한/보안 설정 이해
고객과의 명확한 커뮤니케이션 능력
문제 해결 중심적 사고 및 자기주도적 업무 수행 능력
해외 엔지니어와의 협업을 위한 실용 영어 능력
고객사 보안·안전 규정 준수 가능

Preferred

CDS, LIMS, ECM 등 실험실 소프트웨어 경험
분석장비(Field Service/Application/IT Support) 관련 경험
Active Directory, SQL Server, 네트워크 구성 이해
IT 인프라 운영 또는 기술 서비스 엔지니어링 경험
GMP/GLP/CSV 등 규제 환경 이해 및 컴플라이언스 경험
