  • Serve as the primary liaison between Nightingale College and experiential learning partners, fostering professional, transparent relationships to support IP and EL placements
  • Document and maintain records of partner interactions, agreements, and communications in CRM and SharePoint with up-to-date accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate IP/EL placements, manage logistics, and adapt communication to partner needs while meeting deadlines

Job description

 

Position Summary:

  • The Liaison III, Partnerships is instrumental in supporting and managing the relationships between Nightingale College and experiential learning partners or partnered health care facilities, facilitating successful placements for Integrative Practicum (IP) and Experiential Learning (EL). This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and a proactive approach to workload and relationship management, with an emphasis on transparent communication and continuous growth.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Self-management and responsibility: Manages assigned workload with a high degree of independence, taking responsibility for delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality results. Demonstrates accountability in maintaining partner relationships and ensuring that all tasks and obligations are met.
    • Professional relationship management: Acts as the primary liaison between Nightingale College and experiential learning partners, fostering positive and productive relationships. Demonstrates professional ethics, transparency, and integrity in all interactions to ensure smooth and mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Growth mindset and openness to feedback: Embraces a growth-oriented approach by actively seeking opportunities to improve through feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates a commitment to personal development, striving to refine skills and enhance partnership management practices.
    • Proactive problem-solving: Identifies potential issues early and proactively seeks solutions that align with partner and College needs. The Liaison III makes informed decisions, even when faced with limited information while consulting with stakeholders as necessary to ensure well-rounded outcomes.
    • Attention to detail and data management: Responsible for accurately documenting and maintaining records of partner interactions, agreements, and communications in the CRM system and SharePoint. The Liaison III ensures that all partnership data is up-to-date and documented with precision.
    • Clear and transparent communication: Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally with both internal teams and external partners, adjusting communication styles as needed to meet diverse audience needs. Ensures transparency and openness in all interactions, fostering trust and clarity.
    • Collaboration and coordination: Works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of IP and EL placements, coordinating logistics and addressing any issues that arise. Supports cross-functional collaboration by maintaining open lines of communication and helping teams understand partner requirements and expectations.
    • Workload management: Balances multiple partnerships and tasks simultaneously, managing a diverse workload with varying degrees of complexity. The Liaison III consistently meets deadlines and keeps stakeholders informed of progress, while maintaining quality in all aspects of their role.
    • Adaptability and responsiveness: Adapts communication and approach based on partner needs and shifting priorities. The Liaison III demonstrates flexibility in handling evolving requirements, ensuring a steady and professional demeanor even in dynamic situations.
    • Ethical responsibility and transparency: Upholds a high standard of ethical conduct, honoring commitments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring transparent communication. The Liaison III serves as a trusted representative of the College, ensuring that all interactions reflect fairness and professionalism.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • A bachelor’s degree and/or four years of relevant professionally related experience.
    • Demonstrated at least 4 years of experience in business-to-business sales or relationship management experience is required, in a healthcare or education setting is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in healthcare systems and operations in a variety of care settings including acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care is required.
    • Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required.
    • Demonstrated experience with customer relationship management software is required.
    • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and SharePoint is required.
    • Ability to travel up per cadence above.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is strongly preferred.

 

Budgeted Hiring Range
$74,000$76,000 USD

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
