VIP – Personal Travel Assistant (Remote)

Full time, United States

This unique position is assigned and dedicated to assisting the Executive Travel Team. This position will provide essential, non-customer-facing, or post-booking support, including managing profiles, obtaining receipt copies, non GDS reservation fulfilment, ensuring charter billing and documentation meets compliance with travel policies and regulatory guidelines. You will assist with personal travel as requested.

As a VIP – Personal Travel Assistant, you will

  • Handle the charter billing/reconciliation process
  • Be accountable for the charter emissions reporting
  • Create / maintain profiles for “non employee” travelers including family members, Board of Directors (BOD)
  • Assist with booking non GDS airlines, requesting car/limo service in APAC and other parts of the world
  • Assist with OBT questions, troubleshooting, and queue fulfilment
  • Handle all personal travel requests (air/car/hotel) for members of the Executive Team (ET) and their family members

About You

  • Prior experience in the corporate travel management industry
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
  • Advanced skills on travel industry systems (i.e. GDS)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Strong problem solving and/or critical thinking skills

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of VIP--Personal Travel Assistant is between $65,000 and $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
