We are seeking a customer-centric Security Analyst Team Lead to manage and scale our team of Commercial Security Analysts, focusing on customers in our Inside Sales region. This role is critical in shaping the customer experience, ensuring operational excellence, and serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients.
You will report to an Incident Response Manager and play a key role in executing the broader cybersecurity strategy of Varonis’ Incident Response team. You will directly oversee personnel based across the US, ensuring regional alignment with global strategy and consistent delivery of high-impact, value-driven services.
