+5 years’ experience leading NetSuite teams and implementing NetSuite. Experience in manager roles in IT or Business Systems. Capable of managing resources and compiling documents to ensure Implementation Success. Certified in NetSuite ( Administrator, Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant etc.). Functional in multiple NetSuite modules and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). (Nice to Have) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or any other training combined with relevant working experience. Well-versed in NetSuite’s processes and leading practices. Experienced on root cause analysis, solution development, and facilitation of decision making. Comfortable in managing communications, business expectations, and teams. As well as documenting and expressing technical requirements to developers. Organized with strong time management practices. Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to work with others contributing to a positive work environment.

Core responsibilities:

As a subject matter expert in all things NetSuite, you’ll be responsible for ERP projects and providing expert guidance to our business users. Short-term you’ll work with our partner to coordinate UAT, go live planning, readiness and once on NetSuite be accountable for delivering solutions from scoping to post-implementation. You’ll develop a strong working relationship with our internal and external business partners, always looking for ways to extend the use of NetSuite across our organization. You’ll mentor and build out your team’s knowledge on NetSuite and help promote Business Systems’ work in general.
