Responsibilities

  • Provide individuals with enrollment information and confirm eligibility for available programs

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries and respond to service-related questions

  • Return calls and follow up with individuals requesting additional information

  • Assist clients in reviewing coverage options that best meet their needs

  • Prepare and explain personalized coverage options using internal analysis tools

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation

  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay informed about program updates and services
