Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, high attention to detail, and reliability; familiarity with CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Manage social media content: schedule/publish across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, write captions, repurpose photos/videos, create basic graphics, and monitor engagement
  • Handle video content: upload/organize, add titles/descriptions/thumbnails/tags, embed videos on website pages and emails, and maintain a structured video library
  • Oversee email marketing and CRM: build and schedule newsletters, format emails using templates, manage contact lists/segmentation, track performance metrics, and maintain CRM records
  • Provide digital marketing support and reporting: assist with paid ads data, update website content, support basic SEO, prepare weekly/monthly reports, manage assets, and provide general administration support

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident working across social media, email marketing, content management, and marketing administration. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Marketing Specialist is strictly required.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice
  • Repurpose photos and videos into short-form content (Reels and TikTok)
  • Create basic graphics and simple video edits using Canva
  • Monitor comments and messages, escalating where required

Video & Content Management

  • Upload, organise, and maintain video content
  • Add titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags
  • Embed videos into website pages, landing pages, and emails
  • Maintain a structured and organised digital video library

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and schedule newsletters and email campaigns
  • Format emails using templates
  • Manage contact lists and audience segmentation
  • Track performance metrics and prepare summary reports
  • Maintain accurate CRM records

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with paid ads reporting (Google and social media platforms)
  • Update website content as needed
  • Support basic SEO activities
  • Use tools such as Canva and other marketing platforms to execute tasks

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly or monthly marketing reports
  • Organise and manage digital marketing assets
  • Provide general marketing and administrative support


Requirements

Work Environment & Expectations 
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment. 

✅ This role requires: 

  • Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible) 
  • Use of time tracking software during work hours 
  • Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON 
  • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift 
  • Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task 
⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php40,000

2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave

5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation

6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7. Annual Salary Review

8. Laptop provided after 30 days

9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

10. SHIFT TIMES: 7:00AM to 4:00PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
