Mid/Senior Software Engineer (.NET Core / React / AWS)

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Software Engineer to join our remote team in LATAM (working hours aligned closely with EST). This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer who thrives in a cloud-first environment and enjoys building secure, distributed systems that power financial services applications.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and C#
- Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React and JavaScript
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions in AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Write and optimize database queries using SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
- Apply secure coding practices aligned with financial services standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, and engineering teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance when needed
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with C# and .NET Core
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Solid experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar CI/CD tools)
- Knowledge of application security best practices
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
