Roles & Responsibilities

  • 4+ years in mobile user acquisition (UA), preferably in subscription-based or entertainment/mobile gaming companies
  • Proven experience managing monthly budgets in the range of $500K–$3M
  • Deep expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (UAC), ASA, and programmatic
  • Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAN environments

Requirements:

  • Own end-to-end UA strategy across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, ASA, Programmatic, and incentivized channels
  • Build and manage multi-million-dollar monthly budgets with strict ROI discipline
  • Design and optimize funnels, including creatives and landing pages; develop cohort-based LTV models and retention/ROAS insights
  • Plan and execute retargeting and lifecycle-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and DSPs; collaborate with cross-functional teams and BI for attribution and reporting

What makes you a great fit

  • 4+ years in mobile UA, preferably in subscription-based or entertainment/mobile gaming companies.
  • Proven experience managing $500K–$3M monthly budgets.
  • Deep expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (UAC), ASA, and programmatic.
  • Strong experience running retargeting and re-engagement campaigns, including audience segmentation and event-based optimization.
  • Solid command of data analysis, cohort modeling, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAN environments.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • English level: Upper Intermediate.


Your day-to-day in this position

  • Own end-to-end UA strategy across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, ASA, Programmatic, and incentivized channels.
  • Build and manage multi-million-dollar monthly budgets with strict ROI discipline.
  • Design and optimize deep funnels, including CPPs, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Develop cohort-based LTV models, retention insights, and ROAS prediction frameworks.
  • Own retargeting strategy and execution, including deep-linking, segmentation, re-engagement, and re-attribution campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and DSPs.
  • Plan and run lifecycle-driven paid retargeting flows for churned users, high-intent audiences, and repeated subscribers.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, data, and content teams to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Build experimentation roadmaps: creative testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies.
  • Work closely with BI to implement attribution logic, SKAN schema, and MMM inputs.
  • Present weekly performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
