We are currently searching for a Program Manager-SAP Background:

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex programs and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Guide and motivate diverse teams through strong leadership and strategic direction.
• Engage with stakeholders using excellent verbal and written communication to provide program updates and alignment.
• Identify complex problems, resolve internal conflicts, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously by applying high-level organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Program Management specifically within the IT/ERP sector.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strategic thinking capabilities to align program activities with long-term business objectives.
• Expert-level leadership and team coordination skills.

Desired:

• Background in SAP environments.
• Experience within the Manufacturing industry.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
