We are currently searching for a CRM Consultant – Salesforce Dev:

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and modern DX/Git workflows.
• Implement integrations using APIs and event-driven patterns to connect complex systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality and delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate on solution design, including Salesforce configuration such as objects, fields, permissions, and validations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of total software development experience, with at least 4+ years specialized in Salesforce.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is strictly required.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce security models.
• Proficiency with modern tools including VS Code, SalesforceDX CLI, and integration-heavy architectures.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to align with U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Proven ability to capture business requirements and provide technical thought leadership.

Desired:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) (Highly preferred).
• Experience in capabilities supporting sales, marketing, or alternative investment professionals.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
