Job description

Young Professional Data Engineer / Data Analyst

The Young Professional Data Engineer / Data Analyst is suitable for candidates who have approximately 1 years’ experience working in a role where they use some of the skills applicable to this role i.e. preparing and analysing data, building reports, building and testing data pipelines etc.
The Young Professional Programme at Calybre is geared towards the development of the individual with relevant practical, technical skills as well as the building of consulting competencies, such as communication, commercial-awareness, time-management, teaming, project management and ultimately leadership. All Young Professionals would need to cover potential gaps in their capabilities based on the Consultant Journey programme at Calybre. This programme has been designed to ensure that our consultants are placeable with the relevant Data Analytics or Data Engineering skills required by our customers so that they can begin their journey to becoming senior data consultants.
