Job Summary

Raise the bar on how organizations reach a mobile audience using the power of the Peer-to-Peer text messaging channel

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role

• 5+ years in a QA role, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, or telecommunications.

• Proficient with test management software (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with API testing (Postman) and web debugging tools. Experience with mobile-first environments is a major plus.

• A "break-it-to-make-it" attitude. You possess an analytical mind that looks for the edge cases others miss.

• Ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable feedback for both engineers and product stakeholders.

• You’re the person who notices a pixel out of place or a 0.5-second lag in message delivery.
