Job description

RegScale is a continuous controls monitoring (CCM) platform purpose-built to deliver fast and efficient GRC outcomes. We help organizations break out of the slow and expensive realities that plague legacy GRC tools by bridging security, risk, and compliance through controls lifecycle management. By leveraging CCM, organizations experience massive process improvements like 90% faster certification times, and 60% less audit prep time. Position:   

RegScale is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own and scale full-funnel pipeline performance. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving qualified contact acquisition, improving conversion rates across the buyer journey, and delivering measurable revenue contributions.  

This is not a brand awareness role. This is a performance-driven, pipeline-focused position with clear accountability to opportunity creation and revenue impact. You will build integrated campaigns aligned to our ICP, optimize conversion paths from first touch through opportunity, and ensure that marketing programs consistently deliver high-quality pipeline. If you are analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable being measured on results, this role is for you.  

Activities: 

  • Own and execute integrated demand programs across paid media, ABM, email, webinars, website, syndication, and partner channels
  • Design and scale contact acquisition strategies aligned to priority ICPs
  • Build and optimize full-funnel conversion paths, including landing pages, nurture flows, webinar sequences, and retargeting
  • Lead hosted and third-party webinar strategy and execution, with performance targets tied to pipeline
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR leadership to align on targeting, lead qualification, routing, follow-up SLAs, and feedback loops
  • Continuously analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
  • Test new channels and acquisition models to improve efficiency and scale
  • Take on ad hoc projects as needed 

Proven Capabilities: 

  • Prior ex in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in cybersecurity SaaS
  • Strong track record running multichannel campaigns that create qualified pipeline, not just MQL volume
  • Comfortable with HubSpot/Salesforce environment
  • Highly analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards and reporting tools
  • Strong operational rigor — comfortable running programs end-to-end including vendors, contracts, budgets, logistics, and reporting
  • Experience operating in high-growth SaaS companies where processes and structure are still evolving 

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on DG or performance marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent 
  • Vendor references within the cybersecurity event and partner ecosystem strongly preferred
