  • Proven problem-solver who diagnoses and fixes issues on-site or remotely
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with a recognised technical qualification (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence

  • Providing on-site and remote support for SmartTEC installations and fault resolution

🤩SmartTEC Enablement Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in the field and loves making tech work seamlessly. As a SmartTEC Enablement Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for installations, training, and technical support—ensuring every system runs flawlessly. If you’re passionate about precision, proactive troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is your chance to make an impact.

🕰️Hours: 35 hours per week
📅Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
💸Salary: £33,600 to £35,700 dependant on experience
🚘Car Allowance: £6,700 per year
📍Location: Remote/Field based in the Stoke Staffordshire area

This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

🪫THE ROLE

As a SmartTEC Enablement Technician, you’ll be at the heart of delivering seamless installations and technical excellence for SmartTEC systems. This field-based role combines hands-on technical enablement, training delivery, and troubleshooting with a strong focus on networking expertise and operational efficiency.

You’ll work closely with installation teams to build technical capability, resolve complex issues, and ensure every deployment meets the highest standards. From configuring IP networks to mentoring teams and driving process improvements, you’ll play a key role in shaping a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Delivering structured training and coaching to installation teams.
