Hereâs what makes you a great fit:
Tech-savvy and experienced â Youâve worked in installations, technical support, or enablement, and you know your way around IP networking (routers, switches, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
A natural trainer â You can explain complex concepts clearly and enjoy helping others grow their technical confidence.
Problem-solver at heart â Diagnosing and fixing issues is your superpower, whether on-site or remotely.
Organised and adaptable â You manage your time like a pro and stay cool when things get busy.
Qualified and ready to roll â You hold a recognised technical qualification (or equivalent experience) and a full UK driving licence.
Bonus points if youâve got Health & Safety certification, experience with process improvement, or a passion for digital telecare.

As a SmartTEC Enablement Technician, youâll be at the heart of delivering seamless installations and technical excellence for SmartTEC systems. This field-based role combines hands-on technical enablement, training delivery, and troubleshooting with a strong focus on networking expertise and operational efficiency.
Youâll work closely with installation teams to build technical capability, resolve complex issues, and ensure every deployment meets the highest standards. From configuring IP networks to mentoring teams and driving process improvements, youâll play a key role in shaping a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering structured training and coaching to installation teams.
Providing on-site and remote support for SmartTEC installations and fault resolution.
Configuring networks and interpreting infrastructure specifications.
Maintaining accurate records, reporting insights, and escalating recurring issues.
Managing your schedule effectively to meet deadlines and optimise efficiency.
