With these skills, you'll help our client re-define their IT service delivery in a more Agile way for web services, engineering, operations, security, emerging technology, and business line specific IT services. You'll apply your expertise to help design a custom Agile model and coach individuals through its adoption. Further, you'll also apply principles of change management, organizational design, and human capital consulting to affect that change.

Responsibilities Include:
Facilitate sprint planning, standups, story grooming, and fun retrospectives
Help train newly minted Product Owners on Agile values, frameworks, and tools
Help create sprint reviews & demos
Facilitate writing of user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and other story elements
Assist the product owner with story prioritization and backlog management
Work towards increasing team velocity and sprint capacity
Mentor/coach clients in Agile/Scrum best practices
Requirements:
3+ years using Agile frameworks for IT projects and products
Demonstrable success translating business requirements into technical solutions/ designs and roadmaps
Experience presenting to and coaching team members and/or clients
Excellent facilitation skills, particularly with respect to requirements gathering and strategic planning
Advanced skills working in Jira, Trello, and other project management tools
Comfort with navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving client needs
At least one of the following certifications: CSPO or higher, PSPO or higher
Interest in developing as a consultant and taking on additional responsibilities for winning and delivering work
Preferred Experience
1+ years of experience partnering with federal clients
1+ years of experience in a DevOps environment
Experience leading organizational design and/or change management initiatives
Familiarity with cloud services, cloud migration, ticketed support systems, and hardware upgrade cycles within an IT organization
Superstar Qualifications
IRS or government industry experience
Current, active IRS or TREAS Public Trust suitability background investigation
Clearance requirement: Must have an active MBI - minimum background investigation for U.S. Government Public Trust clearance
Must be U.S. citizen
