  • Monitor website performance, ensure fast load times, and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for website-related inquiries, maintain highly responsive communication in English, and proactively suggest improvements.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Position Overview:
We are a startup seeking a talented and highly responsive Webmaster to manage and optimize our website, which is built on Webflow CMS. This is a remote, part-time role (50% capacity), ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about creating a seamless online experience. If you have a strong command of English and graphic design skills, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing team and make  meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management:
Maintain, update, and optimize the website built on Webflow CMS.
Ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly.

2. Content Updates:
Work with the COO to upload, edit, and organize content (text, images, videos, etc.).
Collaborate on creating and updating dynamic content using Webflow Collections.

3. Performance Monitoring:
Monitor website performance and ensure fast load times.
Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and rankings.

4. Graphic Design (if applicable):
Design and implement graphics, banners, and visual assets to enhance the website.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements.

5. Communication & Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for all website-related inquiries.
Be highly responsive to requests and proactive in suggesting improvements.
Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Webflow CMS websites.
  • Strong technical and design skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Highly responsive and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Figma, or Canva) are a big advantage.
  • Experience with SEO and website analytics tools is a plus.
