  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, cash flow management, payroll coordination, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and annual reports (management accounts and statutory financials) and ensure timely VAT and corporate income tax compliance.
  • Maintain accurate IFRS-compliant records and support clients with accounting and financial reporting across multi-jurisdictional setups.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide actionable financial insights while maintaining high accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability.

This is a remote position.

This role is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be required to relocate, with full relocation support provided, including UAE visa sponsorship and covered relocation costs such as flights and associated expenses.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Financial Reporting Specialist with 3–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial reporting, with exposure to international clients and cross-border structures. This role is perfect for professionals experienced in both in-house and client-facing accounting services, particularly in environments like law firms, audit firms, or consultancy firms. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, cash flow management, payroll coordination, and account reconciliations.

  • Prepare accurate financial statements and annual reports, including both management accounts and statutory financials.

  • Ensure timely VAT and CIT compliance, including registration, filings, and returns.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant records following IFRS standards.

  • Support clients with accounting and financial reporting services, especially across multi-jurisdictional setups.

  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide actionable financial insights.

  • Ensure all processes are conducted with high accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability.
