What is this position about?  

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the execution of different cross-functional projects by defining the strategy and understanding the business contexts, needs, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent project management, proactiveness, team leadership and communication skills, as it involves being the point of contact for the technical team, internal stakeholders and clients, managing their expectations and hold the team accountable on dates and milestones. The position potentially involves working with US clients in PST or stakeholders in India.  

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office!  

Job Description 

• Overseeing the successful execution and delivery of project objectives across the Client engagement 

• Developing required project plans including detailed timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports 

• Interpret guidelines from Client and internal stakeholders and make decisions in nonstandard situations 

• Managing and communicating risks, decisions, assumptions, issues and dependencies 

• Managing the communications and expectations of both clients and internal stakeholders and keep them up to date with frequent status update reports and hold them accountable for the due dates 

• Proactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration (anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues). 

• Overseeing the overall quality of project delivery, ongoing performance and ensuring client satisfaction is fully met 

• Proactively assisting with meeting coordination and facilitation for cross-functional teams as required for each project 

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction 

• Collaborating, leading and coaching other project managers  

Qualifications 

• +10 Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables collaborating with development and/or data teams 

• Experience managing large, diverse projects and parallel workstreams with external clients 

• Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills 

• Excellent proactivity and self-starter skills are required 

• Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner 

• Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environments, navigate ambiguity  

• Experience leading and coaching team members 

• Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence is a must 

• Proven experience in both Agile methodologies (e.g.: Scrum, Kanban, or other) and Waterfall are required. Certifications are desired 

• Experience leading GenAI, ML or Data Engineering projects desired  

• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and/or data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks desired
