TikTok & Instagram UGC Creator (Per-Video Contract)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a confident on-camera creator to produce short-form UGC-style videos for a US brand. You’ll create TikTok videos and Instagram Reels that feel native to the platform—hooky, authentic, and conversion-focused. This is a contract role paid per delivered video.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film and deliver short-form videos (TikTok + IG Reels) based on briefs and product value props

  • Create strong hooks, natural product demos, and clear calls-to-action

  • Follow brand guidelines while keeping content authentic and trend-aware

  • Edit videos for platform best practices (captions, pacing, cuts, formatting)

  • Submit drafts for review, iterate quickly based on feedback, and hit deadlines

  • Track what performs (hooks, angles, formats) and suggest new content ideas

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating TikTok and/or Instagram Reels with a portfolio of short-form videos

  • Strong on-camera presence and ability to speak clearly and confidently to camera

  • Basic video editing skills (tight pacing, captions, sound, transitions)

  • Ability to follow a creative brief and deliver consistent output

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior UGC experience for consumer brands (DTC/eCommerce a plus)

  • Experience testing multiple hooks/angles and optimizing based on performance

  • Familiarity with content compliance basics (claims, disclosures, FTC-friendly phrasing)

Tools & Technology

TikTok, Instagram Reels, CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, Google Drive/Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/Trello (or similar)
