Job description

We’re looking for a C++ Team Lead who cares deeply about people, supports their growth, and creates an environment where the team can thrive and deliver their best work. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own communication with stakeholders and other teams, structure requirements, set priorities, and assure delivery commitments.
  • Manage the team effectively, understanding each member’s strengths and weaknesses, and assign tasks based on their abilities and development goals.
  • Own team capacity planning—tracking load, forecasting needs, and ensuring new hires, processes and tools are in place before capacity becomes a bottleneck.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and implement measures to improve team performance as needed.
  • Oversee hands-on tasks through code reviews, architectural guidance, and task decomposition.

  • Ability to design and oversee the architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Decent level of written and spoken English to work in an international environment.

Nice-to-have: 

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in real-time development with sub-microsecond latency.
  • Experience in HFT, telecommunication, game development, or any other field that works with limited resources and optimization.
  • Knowledge of networks and interaction protocols.
  • Proficient in using version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
