Requirements:

Participate in Foundations IT Platforms to understand how IT teams ensure stability, performance, and continuity; analyze and improve existing systems; work on modern backend applications (VueJs / Laravel) connected via APIs
Contribute to development of core products in the Social Vouchers team; participate in designing new features and improving code with product teams
Work on the RewardFlex product development, strengthening technical skills while understanding challenges of a modular platform
Explore Architecture: learn how technical architectures are designed, contribute to discussions on performance, scalability, and sustainability, and support long-term evolution of systems

The program:
• 6 months – Foundations & IT Platforms: You dive into the heart of our ecosystem: you understand how our IT teams ensure the stability, performance, and continuity of our services, and you learn to analyze and improve existing systems. You work on modern backend applications (VueJs / Laravel), connected via APIs.

• 4 months – Product Development - Social Vouchers: Within the Social Vouchers team (meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, etc.), you contribute to the development of our core products. You take part in designing new features and improving code together with product teams.

• 4 months – Product Development - RewardFlex: You work on our newest product: a constantly evolving platform enabling flexible remuneration management. Here, you continue strengthening your technical skills while understanding the challenges of a modular product.

• 4 months – Architecture: You discover how technical architectures are designed, how technological choices are made, and how systems evolve in the long term. You contribute to discussions around performance, scalability, and sustainability of our platforms.
